This well-known business leader in Chichester needed show-stopping, delicious food for his wife’s 50th birthday in 2017. Using a South American cooking technique, we produced an authentic, flavoursome delight.

BBQ Alternative with a Twist

We were put into contact with the client by a bespoke events and consultancy firm, having been recommended as a great match for this project. We provided quotes and worked closely with the events team to deliver an experience to wow guests, producing a menu full of flavour and perfect for the Summer season.

For such a special occasion, our client wanted to create a visually exciting experience as guests walked into the party rather than a standard BBQ which so many provide in the warmer months.
